The Pulp is gotten from sound ready, Totapuri Mango fruit (Mangifera Indica L Anacardiacae VAR Totapuri). Firm Fully developed mangoes are pick, immediately transported to natural product preparing plant and investigated. Chosen brilliant organic products go to the controlled aging chambers and permitted to age. Completely aged mango are then washed ,deseeded, mash removed, centrifuged ,thermally handled and aseptically filled by HTST process into packs.
