Banana Concentrate 30 Brix got from completely developed, sound, mature, normally/Controlled Ripened Cavendish assortment banana fruit which are gathered and immediately transported to our preprocessing plant. The planning procedure incorporates manual stripping, pounding the ready fruit, deseeding, deaerating and homogenizing. If there should be an occurrence of aseptic pressing the puree is sanitized and stuffed in pre-sterilized, high-boundary bags set in steel drums. The pack is warmth fixed and the drum tight-shut to guarantee no free space inside the drum.
