Neelam Mango Pulp

The Neelam Mango Pulp is gotten from sound ready, Neelam Mango fruit (Mangifera Indica L Anacardiacae VAR Neelam). Completely developed mangoes are collected, immediately transported to handling plant, investigated. Chosen great natural products go to the controlled aging chambers, completely aged mango fruit are then Selected and washed ,deseeded, pulped, centrifuged, thermally handled and aseptically filled by HTST process into pre-sanitized bags or OTS cans which are hermetically seal, prepared and cooled.
